We want to take the worry out of online shopping – we know you may not have tasted some of our unique items before, and if you just don’t like them, let us know!!! We work with the best producers of artisanal and gourmet food products; if their items are not consistently arriving and tasting their best, we want to know!
We enclose instructions in each box with how to contact us should something not be right- we’ll handle all the details for you – so you don’t have to worry about a thing after your order is placed.
We encourage recipients to inspect their packages right away , but will graciously understand if you find something isn’t right up to 90 days after the receipt of your package. If anything is below your high expectations, please contact us to let us know~ and we will make it right!
